I used to be able to see the entire web site, and now I can't. What's going on?
To view the entire page your computer monitor must be set to 1024 x 786.
To check (and change) your monitor setting:

  • Go to your computer's "Control Panel" folder. The location of this folder will vary slightly depending your operations system, but it usually can be found under "Settings" in the main "Start" menu.
  • Once in this folder, open the tool that adjusts your monitor settings - this will be called "Display", "Monitor", or "Appearance and Themes".
  • Double-click on this icon. It should open a new window with several tabs along the top.
  • Click on the tab marked "Settings", and make sure the display size is set to 1024 x 768. After making this change, you need to click on the "Select" button.
  • You will then get a message asking you to confirm that you want to apply the changes. You must select "yes", or the screen will revert back to the previous (smaller) size after 15 seconds.

Once you make this adjustment you should have no trouble seeing the whole site.

What can I do if the site isn't working properly on my computer?
